Eckhart Tolle Meditation


We all know the benefits of meditation. The graphic below by The Huffington Post shows some of the benefits.

Michele, my better half, and I have found meditation to sometimes be a challenge. It’s not always easy to sit everyday. But there is something special about Eckart Tolle. He seems to have had a awakening experience. If you take the time to listen to some of his talks, you’ll find he is a very clear speaker with an outstanding understanding of mindfulness and how it relievs you from suffering. We have been able to keep a consistent meditation practice with hiss guided mediation Abundance and the Perfect State.

In the video above, Tolle gives an outstanding talk about meditation. Here he talks about what we are deep inside. That we are more than our mental chatter. The talk is around 40 minutes. If you have the time it is well worth listening to. Eckhart Tolle helps us transcend the thinking mind, awaken spiritually, and open to a new way of being in the world. It offers on-the-spot inspiration and guidance for making the present moment the focal point of our daily lives.
